HR Committee –  Members comprise Councillors Chaplin, Kent and Nutter

Finance Committee – Members comprise Councillor Nutter (two vacancies).

Planning Committee – Members will comprise all Parish Councillors.

Annual Appointment of Representatives 

• Trustees of the Rigby and Berry Charity – Councillors Coiley and Mr J Cambridge (Local Resident), and ex-officio Rev’d D Turner (Rector, Manningtree Benefice).
• Tendring District Association of Local Councils – Councillor Cunningham.
• Essex Association of Local Councils (EALC) – Vacant.
• Transport and Community Rail Partnership – It was agreed to suspend this for now. 
  (Councillor Nutter is the Representative should this be reinstated).
• Footpath Representative – Mr K Garwood (Local Resident).
• Tree Warden – Councillor Nutter.
• Mistley Village Hall Management Committee Parish Councillor Representatives  – Councillors Chaplin and Coiley.
• Welcome Home Field Trustees – Councillors Coiley, Nutter, Leveridge and Kent.
• Tri-Parish Emergency Planning Representative – Councillor Leveridge.
• Manningtree District Business Chamber – Councillor Coiley.
• Grounds Maintenance Volunteer Group Lead – Councillor Nutter.
• School Representative – It was agreed to suspend this for now.
